The Ministry of Finance announces the sale of spare parts of state planes B727-MD83
- GIV- GIII by sealed bidding according to the following particulars:

Place of collection of conditions document and participation offers:
Ministry of Finance, Ministries Complex, block 11, ground floor, Claims and Collection
Section, from Sunday 4/May/2008 till Sunday 11/May/2008. Documents are available
for a non-refundable fee of K.D. 20 (Twenty Kuwaiti Dinar) to be paid into the treasury
of Ministry of Finance.

Date and Place of Bid Submission and Opening
- Bids shall be submitted on the bidding day from 10
am to 12 noon on Monday 12/May/2008 to the Ministry of Finance, Ministries Complex,
block 17, first floor. No bid shall be accepted after 12 noon.
- The bids shall be opened and the bidding shall be
held at 12.30 pm on Monday 12/May/2008 at the Ministry of Finance, Ministries Complex,
block 17, first floor, hall no. 17.
- Cheques shall be submitted in the name of Ministry
of Finance.
Security Conditions:
The bidders should observe the international laws related to the sale of plane spare
parts. Both of the Ministry of Finance and the Kuwait Airway Corporation shall be
released from any legal liability for these parts after sale thereof. The successful
bidder shall bear any sale liability in violation of international laws.
