ANNOUNCEMENT FOR A PROJECT
Ministry of finance announces the issuing of the following projects (AGREEMENT NO.EF/S/83
FOR REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF SEWERAGE AND INFRASTRUCLTURE IN JLEEP
AL-SHUYOUKH AREA PHASE –XIII) for International Engineering Consultant firms - associated
with local firm with a professional input of 65% for the international firm
to out the required Consultancy Services according to the Following Conditions.
Qualification Documents:
- Registration Certificate with the Ministry of Finance
(Consultants Department).
- Required Firm Experiences:-
- General firm experience not less than 15 years in the
sanitary sector (treatment plants, Pump station and TSE networks ).
- providing Firm's works for the past 10 years.
- Minimum 2 Similar projects executed by the firm in the
last 5 years and not less than 2 projects internationally.
- Information about all the Professional and Technical
firm's Staff with relevant CV’s for the Professional staff (key Staff should have
a minimum 15 years experience in the mechanical, Hydraulics and electrical design).
Note: The relevant data regarding the office experience and office staff should
be filled in accordance to format 1 and 2 and the TOR of the project can be collected
from Ministry of Finance - Consultants Department). Or can be seen in website http://www.mov.gov.kw.
Therefore, the Consulting firms which comply with the above mentioned conditions
and interested to participate, are requested to submit the necessary documents mentioned
in (Qualification Documents 3 copies) to the Ministry of finance (Consultants
Department) during workings hours, within Three weeks starting from the date of this
Announcement(20/4/08).
Finally, any queries arising from this project should be submitted to the Ministry
of finance/ Consultants Department not later than a week of this Announcement
